First-Time Application Guide
For the easiest way to apply:
- Set-up an account online or request a Login ID and Password from an ATA Carnet Customer Service and Sales Representative at 0.808.189.3400.
- See the Application Checklist for help prior to starting the application.
- You will be asked for payment information toward the end of the application however you will not be billed until the carnet is issued, not when the application is submitted.
- There are many opportunities to make changes and select or decline additional services even after your application is submitted.
- An e-mail confirmation is sent once you have submitted the application and a Carnet Specialist will contact you shortly.
- Login to begin your application.
