Boomerang and Liverpool Chamber Celebrate 3-Year Partnership

Boomerang carnets and the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce (LCC) celebrated three years of ATA Carnet collaboration on March 1, 2018. When the partnership began in 2015, LCC was issuing 30-40 ATA Carnets annually. By the end of 2017, with boomerang carnets' technology and marketing, LCC was issuing over 1,000 ATA Carnets annually.

The partnership is a balanced one with LCC contributing their ATA Carnet issuing authority (granted by H.M. Customs), local U.K. presence and customer service. Boomerang carnets contributes their ATA Carnet application, processing and issuing technology as well as marketing expertise. Together they offer the most competitive ATA Carnet service in the U.K. for service, price and user experience. Unlike applying through other U.K. Chambers, applicants need not be LCC members to get the best prices.
